Bowl turned in light walnut, with a textured surface. The bowls are turned from a young walnut tree, which did not have time to develop the dark color that walnut wood is normally known for.
The bowls have carved stripes that highlight the natural structure of the wood. In contrast to the external texture, the inside of the bowl is sanded smooth.
The bowl can be used for both dry and wet foods, such as nuts or olives.
As each bowl is unique, there will be variations from the pictures.

Treatment:
The bowls are treated with a food-safe Danish oil, which protects the surface and helps to repel water and moisture. It should be washed by hand with warm water and mild dish soap. It is not dishwasher safe. For more information, please see our guide on maintenance of wood products.
