Terms of service

All prices are stated in Danish kroner and include VAT. Prices do not include shipping cost, which will be displayed prior to checkout. We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment transactions are processed through secure third-party payment providers. 

A 2 year right to complaint is provided in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, covering defects in materials and workmanship.

The right to complaint does not cover normal wear and tear, natural variations in the wood or damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance or unsuitable storage conditions.

As wood is a living natural material, variations in color, grain, shape and movement may occur. Small cracks, asymmetries and natural changes can be part of the character of the object and are not considered defects.
