Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in Danish kroner and include VAT. Prices do not include delivery costs, which will be shown before payment. We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment transactions are processed via secure third-party payment processors.
Ordering
When you place an order on our webshop, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order. This does not constitute a legally binding contract until we confirm that the products are available and your payment has been processed.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. Any delays will be communicated as soon as possible.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination of the order.
Orders within Denmark are shipped with PostNord for home delivery. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the parcel may be redirected to local pickup point or parcel locker.
International orders are shipped with selected carriers depending on the destination.
Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes upon delivery. These charges are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns and Refunds
If you wish to return an item, you must notify us within 14 days of its delivery. You then have 14 days to return it. You are responsible for the costs associated with the return shipment.

Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned product. If the items are used, altered, or damaged, they will not be accepted, and your refund will be denied.
Complaints
A 2 year right to complaint is provided in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, covering defects in materials and workmanship.
The right to complaint does not cover normal wear and tear, natural variations in the wood or damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance or unsuitable storage conditions.
As wood is a living natural material, variations in color, grain, shape and movement may occur. Small cracks, asymmetries and natural changes can be part of the character of the object and are not considered defects.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and protect the security of your personal information. We only collect the necessary information to process your order and deliver products to you. This includes your contact information and delivery address. We use your information to process orders, handle payments, and deliver products to you. We may also use information to send you relevant communications about your orders.
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. We only share your information with third parties involved in the processing and delivery of your orders, such as payment processors and delivery partners.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, and deletion of your personal information. You can also object to certain types of data processing.
