Refund policy

If you wish to return an item, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. You then have an additional 14 days to return the item. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment.

Please send an email to simone@skovstudio.dk stating that you wish to return an item.

Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned product. If the items have been used, altered, or damaged, they will not be accepted and your refund will be denied.
