The platters are turned from beech and black walnut, respectively. They are turned with a low rim and a flat base, perfect for arranging food for serving. The base has a curve, creating a floating effect and making the platter easy to grip. Suitable for both everyday use and special occasions.
The beech wood lay directly on the ground before being turned, and has undergone the spalting process – a natural decomposition and staining process of the wood fibers. The result is beautiful and unique patterns, colors, and streaks in the wood.

Treatment:
