This bowl is turned in wet cherry wood. During drying, the wood has moved and taken on its organic shape. The cracks are stabilized with walnut butterfly inlays.
The natural edge is preserved and follows the wood's original contour, while a narrow foot lifts the bowl.
The bowl is suitable for fruit, among other things, and also functions as a sculptural object.

Treatment:
